A clear agreement
1. General policy
This policy applies to paid digital products or services offered by Setia Jaya Digital. Any product-specific purchase terms shown at checkout take priority over this general policy.
2. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the method provided with the product. Cancellation normally applies at the end of the current billing period, and access may remain available until then.
3. Refund requests
Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins. If a service is materially unavailable, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. We may request transaction details to locate a payment, but never ask for your full payment credentials.
